Personal Training
Personal training is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body workouts. It's a program that doesn't just make you look better – it makes you feel better.


How does personal training work?
Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. A trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury.


What to expect for your initial Personal Training sessions!

Session 1: Fitness Assessment and Program Set-Up
The focus of your first session is to set up your program and give you a great workout. You and your trainer will discuss your goals and assess your current fitness level. Once your trainer has all the necessary information, he will lead you through a great workout including an introduction to cardio and core exercises.


Session 2: Program Review and Workout

Your trainer will review your individualized program at the beginning of the second session. Next, you’ll hit the gym for another intense workout specifically tailored to your goals.

                                       




Session 3: and Beyond

Your trainer will continue to adjust your program to keep your workouts fun, challenging, and effective. You’ll leave each session feeling great, seeing progress, and learning new ways to achieve the best results.

                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Personal training packages and descriptions


60 Minute Personal Training Sessions:
During 60 minute one-on-one sessions, your trainer will take you through workouts designed to help you reach your specific goals sooner. You’ll learn proper form and technique to maximize results while reducing risk of injury. Personal Training is ideal if you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture and flexibility, increase sports performance, or simply feel better.


Senior Citizens Plan:
Available to those 65 years and older. Maintain your energy and health with our program tailored to seniors, age 65 and up. Includes a personal trainer for four, 60 minute sessions, one per week. An individualized program designed just for you and your needs.


How to prepare for your Personal Training sessions:
To get the most out of personal training, remember to:
•                       Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes
•                       Bring a towel and water bottle
