Latin-inspired dance movement class incorporating fun Latin and International music. It is cardio based, easy to follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle of the body, the heart.
Zumba creates a healthy, fun, party-like atmosphere that is unintimidating for non dancers and new exercisers.
How is it done?
1. Outdoor workout with festive music, where spurts of laughter, and happiness. Sweating is allowed
2. Move your body to the rhythm of the music without inhibition, following the easy to learn steps
3. Expect energy and toned muscles, because you are going to use all the muscles in your body.
